After years of studying social media it occurred to me, there are some really great templates and great frameworks that practitioners can use to create a social media strategy. With that said, there was no all inclusive template that tracked the research from the beginning of a social media strategy to the creation of the strategy. For your reference, here is a social media template that I have create based on what I call the REALLY framework which defines the TIGOMA process. Once the Research has been considered, I have provided an outline of what should be covered for your strategy. As said in my ReallyLeila framework post, it is VITAL to any social media strategy to continually Research, Listen, Learn and Analyze and until you understand your customer(s) and their personas, you will not be utilizing social media efficiently.
